Yeah,... we're growing it out....

Breaking out the sweaters- Breaking into fall....

We've arrived upon my favorite time of year. The season that requires layers and chunky sweaters, and wool socks-- but not quite the season that requires nose warmers and finger de-frosters.

Friday Fun Day at the Beach

We have discovered the newest, hottest, coolest place around. I planned on taking Jackson and Em to the beach to feed the birds today- but since the playground at the beach was unoccupied we decided to take a gander. Jackson was bouncing from tire-swing, to wooden beam , to fish murals, to swingsets...
Jack: "What JOY! I have found my haven of structural bliss and endless fun!"
Em: "Jackson, just chill- you're ruining the serenity of the moment"
Lindsay: "Wow. I can't believe they made an entire playyard out of rubber tire scraps." - amazing

Tractors...and their cargo

This thing is the real deal. It's like Willy Wonka just zapped a real John Deer tractor and out came a mini-one.
Its heavier than my stove and the tires smell like new car. Jack LOVES it.
